This robust compliance management system was built to streamline the entire workflow for facility compliance services. It enables both administrators and field workers to create, track, and manage work orders, bid proposals, and jobs in real-time, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The application features an interactive calendar that provides a live feed of all jobs and work orders. Users can view the status of any task, create new assignments, and perform multiple actions directly from the calendar interface, making day-to-day operations significantly more efficient.

A sophisticated digital filing cabinet serves as the central repository for all compliance-related documents. Whether it's ongoing project files or archived historical data, the system maintains everything in a date-organized structure with powerful search and sorting capabilities.

The platform incorporates comprehensive master data management services, allowing administrators to configure and maintain all reference data that drives the compliance workflows.

We implemented the complete compliance job lifecycle - from initial creation through acceptance, modification, and final approval. This required developing PDF generation with legally-binding digital signatures and automated email notifications at each stage of the process.
